This week Viamaster Training are celebrating NAW!
We would like to celebrate our L3 Business Admin Apprentice, Olivia! Olivia has been with us for 2 years and is now very much part of the furniture! Olivia is coming to the end of her Apprenticeship and will soon have her EPA date!
Here’s what Olivia has to say…
“I started working at Viamaster training in March 2023 in the office admin section, while been employed I was given the opportunity the complete level 3 business admin as an apprentice, which I am currently coming to my final month.
While on the apprenticeship I have gained lots of understanding on my role within Administration covering credit control, project management and further developing skills such as active listening.
I have found my training covers in depth knowledge on active listening and the ability to develop the basic skills which I use daily within my role while supporting customers to progress on their LGV journey or FLT training”.
