We had approximately 20 participants throughout the event, ranging from members of the public to our own trainees and local businesses. Everyone was eager to learn and take part, and the feedback was overwhelmingly positive.
A special thank you goes out to Scott Sherwood, who led engaging and informative training sessions, ensuring everyone left with the confidence to perform CPR if needed. We’d also like to express our appreciation to Kay Walker for baking and sharing some amazing cupcakes, which added a sweet touch to the day!
It was an inspiring event that emphasised the importance of knowing how to act in a life-or-death situation. We’re grateful for everyone who attended and contributed to making our Restart a Heart Day a meaningful success.
